You can return any unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Each product page features a specific size guide. Our silhouettes are often designed for a fluid, floor-sweeping fit; we recommend checking your measurements against our chart before purchasing.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For international orders, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for most regions, ensuring no hidden fees upon delivery. If they are not calculated, you may be liable for local import duties.
How should I care for my Rat & Boa garments?
To maintain the quality of our delicate fabrics like silk and devoré, we recommend professional dry clean only. Always refer to the care label inside your garment for specific instructions.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Once an order is confirmed, it is processed immediately by our warehouse. Therefore, we are generally unable to make changes or cancellations once the order has been placed.
