We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Rat & Boa pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all security tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your proof of postage; we will notify you once your return has been processed at our warehouse.
